This locally owned and thriving Franklin business is looking for a highly organized and energetic person to join the team as an Account Manager. We are looking for a career-minded fast learner who loves a friendly, fast-paced small business and takes pride in their work. We need someone that is not afraid to handle multiple tasks and interact directly with customers. We need a proactive, positive problem-solver to make our team even better and more productive.

The Account Manager is a vital part of the showroom’s success by servicing Member accounts and assuring profitability of those accounts.  Our most successful Account Managers have come from a wide variety of backgrounds, but all have approached this position aggressively and have been willing to put in hard work to build their member base.  The Account Manager has a high level of professional knowledge about flooring, cabinetry and plumbing products in order to be able to educate and service Members and Clients.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent customer service and presentation skills in order to present product options that meet the customer's needs.  Must also have strong verbal and written communication skills, an upbeat attitude, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize proficiently.  Our ideal candidate will have a background in design sales, flooring sales or kitchen & bath sales.  While industry related experience is a plus, it is not a requirement; we have the tools and resources to train you!  

By the end of your first year:

  • Upholding the values, principles, and goals of ProSource Milwaukee South, you will have built and maintained a positive relationship with 125–150 Trade Pro Members and their Clients with the goal of making ProSource their primary source for flooring and cabinets.
  • Through leads provided to you by ProSource, leads you have found locally, and web leads, you will have prospected and brought many new Members into the ProSource family.
  • You will have gained a vast knowledge of flooring, cabinet, and countertop knowledge by attending training, vendor events, and researching existing and new products in order to meet the needs of Members and their Clients with ProSource solutions.
  • You will have built a strong, supportive partnership with an energetic group of team players who love their work.
