Job Description

HELP! Our Account Managers a very busy and they need your help with acquiring new business. We have locations in Phoenix, Tempe, and Tucson. 

We need someone who can call prospective new trade professional members for our account managers so that they can focus on maintaining relationships with our current members. You may also be asked to re-engage members who have not purchased from us in a while. 

What is a trade professional? Anyone who works in the home building, home improvement, or real estate industry. We are looking for new builders, contractors, installers, designers, etc. 

How do I know who to call? We will provide you with a list of prospects through our proprietary customer relationship management (CRM) software. You can also call local leads that you find while you are out and about. 

This is a flexible position that allows you to work from home. If you work full-time, the base salary is $40,000 and would be modified for part-time. There are also opportunities for incentives that would allow you to earn a total of $65,000 per year or more. 

Job Requirements

Our preferred candidate will have previous call center or telemarketing experience. You MUST possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as computer skills. The ability to work without supervision is ESSENTIAL. 

Familiarity with the home improvement or flooring business would be a big PLUS!
