The Account Manager is a vital part of the showrooms success. We are looking for a hard working Sales Account Manager who combines ambition and drive with a commitment to world-class customer service. Our most successful Account Managers have come from a wide variety of backgrounds, but all have approached this position aggressively and have been willing to put in hard work to build their member base. We look for Account Managers with strong verbal and written communication skills, an upbeat attitude, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize proficiently. It is also important that you display excellent interpersonal, and presentation skills.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for servicing member accounts and assuring profitability of each assigned account. You will provide flooring and cabinet sales support to Trade Professional Members and their Clients. You will be expected to generate new members from your assigned prospect territory, to meet with members who visit the showroom and to maintain relationships with current and previous members. As a part of a cohesive team, your efforts will directly contribute to the success of this growing business, as well as, the businesses of your Members.

Administrative Support and Customer Service

The Account Expeditor is an essential member of the team. As an Account Expeditor, you will be responsible for handling various tasks related to the administrative support of the showroom, allowing the Management and Sales team to concentrate on sales, Members, and Prospects. This will include answering telephone calls, handling customer service related requests, placing orders, notifying Members when their orders arrive, and taking care of light bookkeeping duties.

We are looking for an Account Expeditor who possesses a strong administrative background and a working knowledge of accounting systems. In addition, the Account Expeditor must have good follow-up skills and a strong attention to detail in order to be considered.

Design Sales

Most of our showrooms have at least one Kitchen & Bath Designer on staff. If you love a challenge and have experience creating designs in 20/20, this is your chance to expand your creativity and build a rewarding career with a strong established company. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled designer to demonstrate their knowledge and experience in kitchen and bath design.

Qualified candidates must have previous kitchen/bath design experience and be able to thrive in a team environment. Sales skills and project management are highly desirable but not required. We are looking for highly organized professional individuals that are passionate about design, creative problem solvers, and success driven.

Warehouse Service Coordinator

BOL, ASN, EPC: Do you know what these mean? If you do, ProSource may be a good fit for you. The Warehouse Service Coordinator works under the supervision of either the Warehouse Manager or the Sales Manager and performing a variety of warehouse related tasks. This will include the loading and unloading of vehicles, handling of materials within the warehouse and to/from the loading area, verifying materials shipped and maintaining warehouse and showroom cleanliness.

The ideal candidate for the Warehouse Service Coordinator position will have experience working in a warehouse environment and possess a working knowledge of warehouse procedures. In addition, we are looking for our Warehouse Service Coordinator to have at least 1 year of warehouse and/or forklift experience.

The Sales Manager will recruit, develop, mentor, coach, educate, and motivate a high performing commission based sales team by ensuring a culture of selling and relationship building with trade professional members. It will be up to you to increase the productivity of each employee, and to ensure that profitability goals for the showroom are consistently achieved and exceeded.
