Have you ever started a new job in which you were expected to get ‘up-to-speed’ with little direction and NO TRAINING??? Most of us have. At ProSource, we offer a comprehensive training program that keeps our new Account Managers on PACE during the first twelve weeks of employment.

It starts with the online training program we call TalentPro. There are hundreds of modules for you to learn from; topics include how the ProSource Model works, Product Knowledge, Time Management, and so much more. Modules are in a variety of formats including videos, interactive activities, and reading material. Modules can be completed individually or as part of eight training tracks.

During your first weeks in your showroom, one of our national trainers will be in regular contact with you to help you stay on PACE with your training program.

Class of December 2016

Once your onboarding training track is complete, you are eligible to attend Bootcamp in St. Louis! This four-day course will help you become comfortable with prospecting and using tools for success.

We have a website just for ProSource owners and employees that is chock full of resources including special individualized reporting to help you achieve your goals and track your sales.

ProSource has the best Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool in the industry. We call it Pro Account and Lead Management (PALM). This custom-built website is designed to help you maintain relationships with Trade Pro Members and track contact with prospective Trade Pros.

Imagine this: you are working with a customer who needs a price on a particular product. Time to run to your desk to look it up on the computer, right? No more!! Most of our showrooms have implemented Mobile Order Entry (MOE). Using a tablet, such as an iPad, an Account Manager is able to assist each customer more efficiently in a shorter period of time. Look up product & pricing and create estimates & orders without ever leaving the showroom floor or your customer’s side.

Our ProSource National team is also available to you. We are not the typical Corporate-Franchisee relationship; no need to go through the manager to contact us. We are here to help you succeed!
